How long does it take for my order to ship?

We typically require 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and process your order. However, during peak holiday seasons, this timeframe may extend to 2-5 business days due to higher order volumes.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, all orders must be shipped exactly as they are placed.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been picked or packed, we may be able to cancel it; however, a 10% service fee will apply. Since we strive to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Shipping and handling fees

We offer free shipping for standard addresses. However, deliveries to PO Boxes may incur additional charges, as we are unable to use UPS for these shipments.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Our pricing is already below standard retail prices, making our products accessible to everyone—no sales tax license is required to shop with us.

What is your return policy?

Due to the seasonal nature of our inventory and the difficulty of reselling returned items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please feel free to reach out—we're happy to assist you to ensure you receive exactly what you need. This policy also ensures that every item you receive is brand new and has never been in someone else's home.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will check if the package can be rerouted, but UPS may charge a fee for this service, which we will need to pass on to you. If rerouting is not possible, the package will need to be returned to us first, and any reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. You may also check with UPS directly, as they sometimes offer an option to reroute packages online.

I don’t like the color of my item. Can I return it?

We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns for any reason, including dissatisfaction with color.

I forgot to apply my coupon code. Can you adjust my order?

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout—no exceptions. If you need assistance with a code before completing your purchase, please don’t hesitate to email us. Once the order has been placed, we cannot adjust the discount.
